Blush Beauty was founded on an idea to create a spa that is warm and inviting for clients and team members. The culture of teamwork, professionalism and eagerness to serve are an important part of the Blush Beauty mission. Our team is dedicated to providing the best experience for our guests, using high quality products that are mindfully made. We take pride in a clean and sanitary environment to ensure our clients can relax and enjoy every service we have to offer!
Leveling System
Our leveling system provides several options for our clients with our service menu. Guests may choose a provider at a level that best fits their needs and budget. This leveling system also provides a career path for our team, focused on growth and achievements. All team members receive consistent, on-going, in-depth training throughout their career at Blush Beauty.

Meet the Team
Rachel
Founder & Licensed Master Esthetician
Level 3 Lash Artist | Level 2 Esthetician
Rachel began her career in 2012 in esthetics after graduating from Clover Park Technical College. She has extensive training in medical grade skin care treatments driven by her passion for results-oriented skin care to help clients feel confident. Rachel received her Master Esthetics License from the Washington Laser Institute in 2014 and is a Certified HydraFacialist & Certified Acne Specialist.
Rachel has specialized in lash extensions over her career and is certified in Classic and Volume lash extensions. She pays special attention to detail and always ensures her clients lash health is the top priority!
Rachel lives in Enumclaw with her husband along with their goats, chickens & ducks. She loves doing home renovation projects and is learning to enjoy yardwork when not at the spa!

Teri
Licensed Esthetician
Level 3 Esthetician
Teri graduated from the Euro Institute of Skin Care as a Licensed Esthetician in 2009 and enjoys using techniques and products to bring out her client's natural glow. Teri is passionate about helping her clients understand their home care regimens and choosing products that fit their lifestyle and skin care goals. Teri is a product mixologist and loves creating custom blends to meet her clients skin goals and needs - every service is customized upon their needs! She is a Certified HydraFacialist and Certified Acne Specialist.
Teri loves spending time with her family outside of the spa!

Crysta is a graduate from Summit Salon Academy and specializes in corrective skincare and body sugaring! Crysta has advanced expertise in Brazilian and bikini sugaring. She is dedicated to assisting clients in discovering a personalized skincare regimen that perfectly meets their specific needs. Crysta always makes it her priority to create a calm and comfortable atmosphere for her clients to relax and unwind throughout each treatment. Crysta is a Certified HydraFacialist & Certified Acne Specialist who specializes in adult acne.
In her spare time Crysta loves spending time with her cat Audrey, cleaning & organizing and spending time with her family!

Samantha
Licensed Esthetician
Level 3 Lash Artist | Level 1 Esthetician
Sam has been a Licensed Esthetician since 2015 and enjoys corrective skincare and treatments that are results driven. Sam is a Certified HydraFacialist and she stays up to date on product knowledge, including ingredients and how they interact with each other and the skin.
Sam also specializes in classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions. She enjoys creating custom lash designs and helping clients reduce their time spent getting ready each day!
On her off time, Sam enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter Taylor and her two dogs Lily and Rascal. She also loves crafting, scrapbooking and creating things with her Cricut.

Carla
Licensed Esthetician
Level 1 Esthetician
Carla developed a passion for the beauty industry at a young age and decided to begin a new journey in esthetics in 2023. She fell in love with skincare, Eminence Organics and sugaring during school and spent time at Blush Beauty during her externship. Carla has spent several months training with the team during this time in skincare, acne treatments, sugaring hair removal and classic lash extensions. Carla’s favorite thing about skin care is helping her clients relax and developing a custom routine for each client.
Carla has two kids and enjoys spending time with her family outside of work. She also loves to go on mini vacations, cook and go shopping!
